Meal Plan Monday!
Whew – I need to stop making my doctor’s appointments for Mondays – it throws my day completely off ! Sooo.. here’s my meal plan for this week. Last night we had leftovers.
Tuesday: Bean Soup in the Crock Pot, Cornbread – For the bean soup, I just get the package of 15 beans. I don’t use the seasoning that comes with it. Throw it in the crock pot to cook all day with water. Then add a can or two of crushed tomatoes, slice up an onion and then serve wtih cheddar cheese and sour cream. YUM!
Wednesday: Steak, potatoes, and a romaine salad
Thursday: Grilled Chicken and Fettuccini Alfredo with broccoli
Friday: Hamburgers, homemade fries, and a veggie
Saturday: Homemade Pizza
Sunday: Crockpot Chili with Crackers
What do you plan on making this week?

What’s Rebecca going to do with all her goodies?
The two games will be tucked away as birthday presents as will the handembellished football sweater. The American girl items will be stocking stuffers for my 6 year old at Christmas. The two hooded towels are just practical. We use these all the time and will just add these to our beach bag or use them at bath time. My daughter began wearing uniforms for school this year. The white shirt can be used this year and I will tuck the You may be interested in my distribution of items (e.g;, What’s she going to do with jumper away as it is currently two sizes too large for her. The Christmas sweater, Pupi shirt and overalls are all my son’s current size and will be used as school clothes this fall.
Now for the winner! Our closest guesser without going over was….
Angie W with her guess of $28!!! Great guessing everyone!
Thanks again for playing and best wishes to Rebecca with her future opening of her new blog. I’ll keep you all posted when she gets it up and running!
