About Mommy Octopus

Hi! I’m Erin. I’m a young homeschooling mom of 4. We live on about 13 acres in northeast Georgia.

Mommy Octopus was started at the end of January 2010. I have been couponing for about a year and have been sharing the deals with friends. Instead of sending out emails to all my friends, I started this blog so they could find all the deals in one place. I focus mainly on deals in the Athens, Georgia area. I struggle just like everyone else trying to balance the budget and make ends meet, especially on one income.

I have 2 great assistants that you will see post as well. Edith and Alison are both great ladies with a love for saving money and being moms. Welcome aboard!
