We received a copy of this book to review. All opinions are my own.

I’ve really enjoyed reading to and with my kids over the years. Currently at home, I still have 3 teens and an elementary schooler. Over the past few weeks, I’ve been reading the book Is God Real? For Teens with my teens and my 10 year old. This book was written by Lee Strobel, an investigative journalist and former atheist.
I think we all ask at one time or another if God is real. I know I have. Is God Real? For Teens presents astounding scientific evidence that everything didn’t happen just by random chance. There is design. There is a purpose.
We haven’t quite finished the book, yet, but I wanted to give a shout out to let you know it’s available and needs to be a stocking stuffer for your teens! I found it amazing that an atheist went looking to disprove Christianity and ended up finding God! What a truly amazing story of redemption.
One quote we had a good discussion about was “For people who aren’t really serious about encountering Him, perhaps God choses to be distant. For those who are sincerely looking for Him, He might make Himself more evident. And keep in mind that God is omniscient. If that’s true, we can assume that He would know how much to reveal about Himself to each person – so that the maximum number of people will come into a saving relationship with Him.” I love that this book opened the door for further discussion. That’s why it has taken it so long for us to read! We are loving the discussions it brings!
