As I mentioned the other day, one of my good friends had her baby over the weekend. Sweet little boy was a whopping 10 lb, 2 oz! This has me thinking about our baby and his upcoming arrival in September. It’s been 4.5 years since I’ve had a baby and a lot of things have changed. Companies are becoming more aware that moms like myself want more natural or chemical free products for their baby’s sensitive skin. I know that I want to be using the absolute best products on my little ones. They are so worth it!

I recently heard about WaterWipes and they sounded interesting to me. Yesterday I set out with all 4 kids plus grandma in tow to find out more about this newer wipe product. We headed out to the Babies R Us located at the Mall of Georgia. When we found the wipe isle, at first I had trouble locating the wipes. They aren’t right with the regular wipes, they are located more toward the natural or organic wipe products. Slightly over from other brands of wipes, you’ll find these chemical free wipes.

When we got home with the wipes, I couldn’t wait to see how soft these wipes were! They definitely lived up to my expectations. Not only super soft, but they smell so nice and fresh. They are a great size as well! Not too big, not to small. Perfect for wiping little bums, faces, or hands, and I feel confident that they will be perfect for our little guy.
Some things to remember about the WaterWipes product is that they are a natural product and do not contain preservatives. The package will keep for up to 15 months unopened and should be used within 1 month once it has been opened. We go through wipes fairly quickly when we have a newborn around, so this time frame doesn’t bother me one bit! Another thing to note is that WaterWipes are not inter folded like many other brands. WaterWipes does not recommend moving the wipes to a different container so that way the sterile environment can be maintained within it’s original packaging.
