Well last week was weird. Honestly, I didn’t get to my meal plan except maybe 1 or 2 days. It was a very busy 2nd week of school, my husband had mandatory overtime, and for most of the week, it was just fix yourself whatever or pour a bowl of cereal. We all have weeks like that! This week, I’m going to try to get back in the groove of things.
Monday: Pizza
Tuesday: Lazy Day Enchiladas
Wednesday: Chicken and Mushrooms in the Crockpot with broccoli
Thursday: Lazy Lasagna
Friday: Grilled Chicken, brussel sprouts, brown rice
Saturday: Dinner at nephew’s birthday party
Sunday: Fried Rice
