It’s Monday again! Working on my meal plan. This week, we have the baby’s 2 month old checkup and shots, 2 birthday parties to attend, and lots of homeschool work to do. I’ll be making the meals fairly simple those nights! Here’s what we plan to make this week:
Monday: Bean Soup
Tuesday: Pizza
Wednesday: Chicken Nuggets, macaroni and cheese, broccoli (for the kids – I am going out for my besties birthday!)
Thursday: Sour Cream Beef Enchiladas – this is my husband’s favorite dish and it’s his birthday!
Friday: Chicken Alfredo in the crockpot
Saturday: Kielbasa, Kale, and Sweet Potatoes
Sunday: Grilled Cheese and Soup
