I don’t know about yall but I’m so surprised that the holiday season has already come and went! It was crazy fast! Didn’t even feel like the holidays with our nearly 80 degree weather! When it gets cold again, I’d love a Christmas do-over! Now back to the grind and trying to eat healthy again without as many meals out. We stay so busy during the holidays that we eat out way too much! Waistlines are definitely feeling it! Here’s what we plan to make for dinners this week:
Monday: Easy Low Carb Taco Pie
Tuesday: Crockpot Salsa Chicken
Wednesday: Black Bean burritos
Thursday: Dinner out
Friday: Steak, black eyed peas, collard greens, cornbread
Saturday: Burgers, broccoli, brown rice
Sunday: Leftovers
