What another whirlwind week and weekend we had! I need life to slow down just a touch! We had birthday parties to attend, sleepovers, church, etc. I’ve been experimenting with my pressure cooker as well and came up with a macaroni and cheese that can be made in less than 10 minutes from scratch using the pressure cooker! Can’t wait to share that recipe with you guys later.
Here’s what we are making this week for dinner:
Monday: Jalapeno Popper Chicken, yellow squash
Tuesday: Baked Chicken stuffed with Pesto and Cheese, salad
Wednesday: Meatloaf, broccoli, brown rice
Thursday: Black Bean Burritos
Friday: Burgers, brussel sprouts
Saturday: Loaded Nachos
Sunday: Leftovers
