It’s Monday again and also Memorial Day. We truly appreciate the sacrifices of our veterans and their families.
This weekend we went swimming, had friends over and went to a church picnic. Kicking it off for another great summer. Here’s what we plan to make this week:
Monday: Leftovers!
Tuesday: Roast and veggies in the pressure cooker.
Wednesday: Hamburgers, macaroni and cheese, lima beans
Thursday: Eggs, Sausage, Toast
Friday: Grilled Chicken, squash
Saturday: Spinach and Cheese Pork Roll
Sunday: Chicken Cobb Salad
