It’s been an interesting, but great weekend. I started it off by taking my oldest with me to get our hair done. We used a Groupon for Spruce Salon and were very pleased with our service! Afterward, we enjoyed lunch at Groove Burger (YUM!!) and did a little shopping.
Saturday we cleaned the house, attended a wedding, and then went to a pool party! Sunday was church then we had our neighbors over for a get-together. It was great getting to know our neighbors!
Then this morning, I received an early phone call from my mom. She also lives in our neighborhood and was wondering if we borrowed her little utility trailer. Nope. It was locked up and everything and is now gone.
Local readers, if you happen to see one that looks similar to this, please let me know. It has a dent in the passenger side fender. The wood isn’t new, since it’s older, but still in great shape. It has been reported to the police and maybe one day it will be found.
Frustrating that someone came in the middle of the night and took it from my mom’s driveway. There had been a truck looking slowing down and looking at people’s houses/yards recently, too. 🙁
On to the meal plan. Here’s what we are making this week:
Monday: Teriyaki chicken, brown rice, veggies
Tuesday: Leftovers
Wednesday: Quesadillas
Thursday: Roast, carrots, potatoes
Friday: Dinner out
Saturday: Sandwiches
Sunday: Cajun cream chicken
