Good morning everyone. If you follow this blog, you may have noticed I didn’t post a meal plan or really much of anything last week. With a lot of craziness going on, I just needed a mental health break. I had some great friends and family come along side of us and loved us well through the past few weeks. Nothing is wrong, just a lot of crazy, all at once, was weighty. Today we got news that my husband’s thyroid nodules are actually shrinking, which is GREAT! This means he won’t have to follow up again until next year unless something unexpected shows up on his next scan in April. This was a nice surprise since the last ultrasound results said they may have to do another biopsy. So thankful!
This week we are expecting more rain, but next weekend looks to be perfect for riding horses. I’m going to ignore all the rain days and think about the beautiful weekend to come.

Thursday: Fried Chicken (Happy Birthday to ME!)
Friday: Burgers
Saturday: Grilled Chicken
Sunday: Eggs, biscuits, kielbasa
