Merry Christmas everyone! I hope you all had a fantastic weekend with your family. Ours was way too busy for my liking, but the kids had fun. Next year we definitely need to scale it back and just enjoy some downtime. Everything was a little complicated with the baby having croup.
This week we are fed up with cookies and junk food and ready to start eating healthier again. Here’s our meal plan for the week:
Monday: Grilled chicken, sweet potatoes, broccoli
Tuesday: omelettes
Wednesday: Salsa chicken, brown rice
Thursday: Steak, okra
Friday: Chili
Saturday: Cajun Chicken, brussel sprouts
Sunday: Roast, collared greens, black eyed peas, cornbread
