It’s Monday again! Busy week ahead as my husband works a ton and we settle back into a somewhat normal routine after a week of camp, a week of cousins, and a week of VBS. It’s been super busy around here! Time to get serious! Here’s what I’m making this week:
Monday: Low Carb Jalapeno Popper Chicken
Tuesday: Black Bean burritos
Wednesday: Spaghetti and Meatballs
Thursday: Steak, broccoli
Friday: Eggs, Gluten-Free Sausage Balls
Saturday: Skillet Kielbasa and Brussels with Mustard Butter Sauce
Sunday: Leftovers or sandwiches or cereal
