The Enneagram is something that fascinates me. I am a 6 through and through and have found it quite interesting to learn more about myself and how I tick. I’ve been reading the new book The Enneagram for Teens by Ainsley Britain. It’s been great to see more perspective on teen personalities through this book. I also appreciated how this book pointed back to Jesus and how we are made uniquely by God with different gifts and reasons behind the things we do.
The Enneagram for Teens features:
- An in-depth introduction to each of the nine types.
- Insights on how to use the Enneagram to better understand yourself and your relationships, as well as ideas on future careers that could fit your type.
- Advice on how to grow emotionally and spiritually and promote your mental well-being.
I have greatly enjoyed the different stories in The Enneagram for Teens that help make it easier for teens and young adults to understand more about personalities as a whole. It talks about stressors, how to better relate with friends, and how to get along with other personalities. I learned a lot from this book and plan to take the time to talk more with my teens to figure out which personality type they are and how they function.
Definitely recommend checking it out! The Enneagram for Teens by Ainsley Britain is available on Amazon.
