Last week, I took my youngest to visit The Children’s Museum of Atlanta. It was his very first visit and it felt so good to take out just my 2 year old and leave the other 4 at home to do their homeschool work with their dad. Such a rare occasion to spend time with just the youngest!
We packed up for the day and took the drive down.
He was a little overwhelmed at first at all the activities and play areas, but once we got in a section, he happily played. Not much can keep my 2 year old’s attention for long, but the museum sure did!
We started off over in the fishing area and he thought it was super fun. Then we headed over to the grocery store/kitchen area. I think that he played there the longest.
Lastly, we visited the new Sid the Science Kid: The Super-Duper Exhibit! I thought maybe he’d be a little young, but he really enjoyed it. There was a fun little playground and a slide and random easy science experiments and observation stations.
