Weighted blankets are all the rage right now. I’ve had mine for over a year and I still love it. It was one of my best purchases. Now I’m on the hunt to find some for the teen and kids.
The key with weighted blankets is to find one approximately 10% of your body weight. For example, if you weigh about 150 lbs, get a weighted blanket about 15 lbs.
