Who knew that making peppermint bark was so simple and yummy? I sure didn’t! I’m going to be making a ton of this during the holiday season! Here’s what you need:
Simply melt the chocolate, layer in and throw in the crushed candy canes! MMMmmm Good!
- 11 oz White Baking Chips
- 11 oz Milk Chocolate Baking Chips
- 1/2 tsp Peppermint Extract
- 12 Candy Canes
- Place Candy Canes in Food Processor and crush.
- Line sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt Milk Chocolate in microwave by heating at 50% for 1 minute and stirring until smooth.
- Pour milk chocolate into pan and level.
- Place in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- Melt White Chocolate in microwave by heating at 50% for 1 minute and stirring until smooth.
- Add Peppermint extract to white chocolate.
- Pour white chocolate into pan and level.
- Pour crushed peppermint over white chocolate.
- Place in refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Sounds silly, I know, but do you think this would work well with just red/green sprinkles on it instead? I love peppermint, but hate candy canes (if that makes any sense what-so-ever). LOL
