We have had a blast at Disney World, but now it’s time to get back into the swing of reality. I am excited about future posts coming with things we have learned from this trip. My mind is rolling with post ideas now and I hope I have time to write all of the ideas down before I forget!
Back to eating healthier again this week, too. We actually didn’t do terrible at Disney as we were in the cabins and were able to cook a bunch of food during our downtime from the parks.
Today is actually my birthday so I’ve got one of my favorite meals planned tonight. Here’s what we are making this week:
Monday: Chicken Enchiladas, salad
Tuesday: Good Grub, okra
Wednesday: Lazy Lasagna
Thursday: Burgers, broccoli with cheese, brown rice
Friday: Grilled chicken, sweet potatoes, limas
Saturday: Leftovers
Sunday: Taco Pie, Salad
