Goodness. It has been a whirlwind over the past week or so. Like many families, we were hit with the stomach bug and then I got a terrible bout of vertigo. It’s been so hard to keep my youngest busy and occupied while I’ve been unwell. Thankfully, we were recently sent Adventures in Odyssey The Imagination Station Drought, Wind, and Fire by Marianne Hering and Marshal Younger. We love listening to the audio dramas of Adventures in Odyssey and having a new adventure book was just what we (and he) needed this week.
This series has over 1 million books sold and it’s easy to see why. The books suck you right in! Drought, Wind, and Fire follows along with the Biblical prophet, Elijah, and readers learn how God works even in the darkest moments of our lives. 
You’ll definitely want to add Drought, Wind, and Fire to your Christmas lists, and perhaps even more of the series! I know we will be! Anything that gets my boy reading is a WIN in this house!

The past few days, I’ve been watching a great new show called Testament on Angel Studios. It’s on that has completely drawn me in! In Testament, you can watch The Book of Acts in a more modern drama. It’s really neat to see the directors take on what these amazing stories would look like in current time. And wow. You must watch it to see how amazing it is!

What a beautiful movie The King of Kings is! So well done and entertaining for the whole family. My kids and I were given a month of Angel Studios so we could watch this great movie. This is one to watch with the whole family! My son has already asked to watch it again.
