Various Days throughout October:

Milledge Avenue Baptist Church Pumpkin Patch: We have pumpkins of all sizes for sale. The cost of the pumpkin depends on the size and kind.  Come on out to our front lawn and pick out a few pumpkins  Pumpkins arrive October 2!

Zombie Farms: They will be OPEN every Friday and Saturday night of October for the 2021 season.

Washington Farms: Corn Maze, Farm Activities, Pumpkin Patch, and more.  Information and hours on their website.

Six Flags Fright Fest: Fright Fest is back and spookier than ever!  Dare to enter the Halloween event of the season, featuring family-friendly attractions during the day…and thrills once the sun goes down.

Stone Mountain Pumpkin Festival: Play by day, Glow by night!

Watkinsville Haunted History Ghost Tours: Walking tour to hear the spooky legends and tales of Watkinsville.  Limited dates available.  Book online.

October 8:

Downtown Monroe Fall Fest: You’ll find fun for the whole family at our annual Fall Fest presented by Synovus Bank and Monroe Animal Care Hospital. Come to enjoy the sights, sounds, food and activities of Downtown Monroe. Don’t miss our annual Costume Contests for kids and pets! Pet contest begins at 11:00 and Children’s contest at 1:00 pm. (registration required) Our streets will be filled with local artisans, food trucks, children’s activities music and more!

October 15:

Oconee Fall Festival: Join Rocket Field in Downtown Watkinsville, GA from 9 AM – 4 PM.

October 20:

YMCA Trunk or Treat: Lots of new details for this fun event.  Be sure to visit their website for details and how to register.  Must pre-register to participate.

October 22:

Bluestone Baptist Fall Festival: 4-7 PM. All ages welcome! There will be games, food, & give aways! Everything is free!!

Gordon’s Chapel Fall Festival: 10am-2pm.  Live music, Chicken BBQ, Bake Sale, Crafts, Pony Rides

October 23:

Faith Fall Festival: We hope you will join us (rain or shine) for our annual celebration! Children, students, and adults of all ages can enjoy games, prizes, hot dogs, refreshments, cake walk, photo booth, and more… all FREE! Come in costume, if you like! Relax with friends, enjoy dinner, or pick up a game of cornhole. Families with little ones will enjoy the carnival style games, train ride, and bounce house.

October 26:

Oconee County Parks and Rec Trick or Treat Trail: 4-6pm at Herman C. Michael Park. Join us for Trick or Treat Trail at Oconee Veterans Park! Thanks to DGD Farms for their support of the event!

Athens Church- Mega Awesome Costume Party: Something MEGA IS COMING! Mark your calendars for Wednesday, October 26 from 6:00pm-8:00pm for the third annual Mega Awesome Costume Party! Have your kids dress in their favorite, not-so-scary costumes and be ready to party with games, trick-or-treating, an awesome show, food trucks available for purchase and more. This mega–awesome experience is can’t miss event for kids of all ages to have fun with family and friends.

October 28:

ACCPD Trunk or Treat:Mark your calendars for ACCPD’s Trunk or Treat — Friday, October 28, 2022, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at the East Precinct, 3035 Lexington Road.

Clarke County Sheriff’s Office Fall Festival: 6-9 p.m. in our Training Center parking lot at 2900 County Farm Road, off Lexington Road. We will be joined by lots of Athens-Clarke County Government agencies and community partners who will have activities and candy for kids. The event is FREE and open to all Athens youth and their families. We encourage you to bring a canned food item as a donation to the Food Bank of Northeast Georgia.  We’ll have hot dogs, balloon animals, a trapeze show, haunted house, candy apples, hay rides, DJ and more for this family-friendly event.

October 30:

Briarwood Baptist Pumpkinpalooza:  Join us for a FREE community-wide event called PUMPKINPALOOZA! Located at Briarwood in Oconee County, this is more than a fall festival! Where else can you sling shot a pumpkin, dunk someone, AND load up from Trunk or Treating? This event is for kids and the young-at-heart. Other fun: inflatables, free concessions, pumpkin painting, cake walk, hay ride, and more! ***Don’t forget your costume!***

Forest Heights Baptist Church: What better way to spend an afternoon than a fall festival! We’ll have FREE games and treats around our field from 4-6 PM and also have some prizes you can sign up to win!

October 31:

City of Watkinsville Downtown Trick-or-Treat on Main Street: 4-6pm Trick or Treat along businesses downtown!

Crossroads Baptist Church Fall Festival: Everything is Free! For the whole family! Join us on Halloween Night for our annual Fall Festival. There will be: lots of candy, games, cakewalk, hayrides, hotdogs, chili, inflatables, popcorn, cotton candy, and popcorn.

Oconee County Library Trunk or Treat: Come dressed in your Boo-tiful costumes to play games, make crafts, and get candy! Free and open to kids of all ages! Event will be held in parking lot. In the event of rain it will take place inside library.

Riverside Baptist Church Fear Not Festival: Join us on Monday, October 31st from 6 pm to 8 pm for a free, safe, and fun-filled evening of food, candy, inflatable slides, hayrides, games, and a cakewalk. There will be something for the whole family!

    It’s late notice but we are having a fall festival at our church on Halloween
    Athens Christian Church 1200 Forest Heights Dr.
    Games, activities, face painting, bingo, hayride, food, treats, prizes and lots of candy! Free fun for the family!
