I’m not sure if anyone ever reads my meal plans anymore, but I still do them for accountability for myself. I like having plans and if I don’t write it down, I completely forget what I was going to make for dinner during the week.
This week, we will be celebrating our youngest, the caboose of the family, turning 3! It’s so wonderful and bittersweet at the same time. I’m already starting to get rid of all the baby things and even most of the toddler things since they won’t be needed here anymore.
Monday: Cajun Cream Chicken, okra
Tuesday: Dinner at Chickfila (Free chicken sandwich from 5-8pm for Atlanta area chickfilas – call your restaurant to see if they are participating!)
Wednesday: Leftovers or make your own
Thursday: Dinner with friends
Friday: Chili
Saturday: Burgers
Sunday: Pizza
