I have a rather busy week ahead. The big kids are starting play practice and that’s going to be several nights a week on top of our normal busyness and the activities and chaos that come with having 5 active and homeschooling children.
This week, I have challenged myself to use my pressure cooker every night in some form or fashion. I’m also trying to stick to the Trim Healthy Mama way of eating with our meals. Here’s what we are making this week:
Monday: Chicken and Brown Rice Soup
Tuesday: Pork Loin, mashed cauliflower, green beans
Wednesday: Grilled Chicken and Sweet Potatoes
Thursday: Creamy Tuscan Garlic Chicken, Salad
Friday: Whole Chicken, okra, zucchini
Saturday: Chili Lime Chicken over brown rice
Sunday: Sausage, biscuits, egg casserole, applesauce
