I don’t need this right at the moment. I’m pretty comfortable in the maintenance phase of my weight loss and I’m tracking at a very high level. But when the moment comes (and yes’em it will, hopefully when I’m just barely out of my target range) when I have to get back in calorie counting mode this form is exactly the level of detail I’ll need. Thanks for making such a useful tool available for free. I’m assembling a DIY planning journal and this goes into the “Template” section for future use. As a former manager used to tell our team, about 6 million times a month, “Failing to Plan is Planning to Fail.”
