Halloween will be here before you know it! Target is kicking off the deals with their costumes starting at $15! You and I both know that the closer that we get to Halloween, the harder it is to find the good stuff in the right sizes. Plus adding in the pandemic and supply shortages, I’m guessing that shopping early will be essential.
