Hope you all had a great Easter weekend! Ours was beautiful and mostly spent outside. We also celebrated our 16th anniversary on Friday! We had some great family time and enjoyed just relaxing with our kids. We managed to get a date night on Saturday, thanks to my wonderful mom. She’s always got our back and I’m so thankful. We went to Brett’s Casual American, which is one of our favorite restaurants. Plus if you register for their rewards program, you get a free entree in your anniversary month and also a free entree for your birthday month! YAY! You can sign up for that in their restaurant. Plus be sure to take advantage of their $2 kids meals on Mondays and Tuesdays!
Afterward, we went grocery shopping (Hey! We were low on food! Might as well kill 2 birds with 1 stone!) and then tried a new place called Roll It Up to experience their ice cream. It was a bit pricey, but delicious. Next time I think hubby and I will just share a bowl.

Monday: Grilled chicken, sweet potatoes, green beans
Tuesday: Grilled brats, salad, berries
Wednesday: Cajun cream chicken, salad, broccoli
Thursday: Burgers, brussel sprouts, mac and cheese
Friday: Grilled Cheese, soup
Saturday: Burrito bar
Sunday: Lazy Lasagna, salad
