In our Bountiful Basket this week, we received a couple bunches of radishes. My kids were super excited because they knew that I was going to make radish dip! Before you start thinking it’s gross, give it a whirl! You’ll be pleasantly surprised with how simple this recipe is and how great it tastes! The beautiful color is perfect to add to your holiday parties. Surprisingly, you only need 4 ingredients!
Ingredients:
- 1 block of cream cheese, room temperature
- 2-3 bunches of radishes, depending on size and what you have on hand. You can do less if desired as well.
- 1/2 red onion
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
Directions:
Wash and prepare your radishes by cutting off the stem and “tail”. Put the radishes and 1/2 red onion in your food processor and pulse a couple times until chopped well. Don’t do this too much or you will have puree!
Fold together the onion/radish bits and the lemon juice and cream cheese until well combined. Place in fridge until ready to use. Serve with chips, veggies, crackers, pretzels, or whatever snack you like! Enjoy!

Look’s good ??. It would be nice to have a print button to save for later. I’ll probably never find this again and I’m old and forgetful.

One thing I do that helps me when there isn’t a print button is I keep a spiral notebook so I can jot down the recipes real quick in my own handwriting or if you don’t want to do that, just jot down the site name/author name so you can go back to it later. ??

This looks a lot like something I had in Germany called “Radishen Cream.” It was really good on bagels.
I will have to try this. Thank you so much for the recipe!
