It’s the first Monday of the new year! I’m going to be writing up my goals and such later, but for starters, let’s get a meal plan going! We were able to get a bunch of chicken for really cheap – like $1 a pound, so you will see a lot of chicken in our future! Here’s what I’m making this week:
Monday: Meatloaf, kale
Tuesday: Poppyseed Chicken, broccoli
Wednesday: Homemade Pizza
Thursday: Crockpot Pepperjack Chicken, salad
Friday: Hamburgers, asparagus, brown rice
Saturday: Grilled Chicken, Sweet Potatoes
Sunday: Salsa Chicken, Brown Rice
